Happy St Patty's Day

    It's St. Paddy's, not St. Patty's. Last year I went out in the Financial District and met a guy I dated for 6 months before he moved overseas. You never know who you'll meet, so don't be so judgmental. I'm 35, hardly an amateur.

    No, Paddy is the short version of Patrick. Patty is the short version of Patricia.

    I heard there was a lot of mayhem on Saturday after/during the parade, so maybe all the amateurs will be home tonight. :)

    I had a blast last night at a block party with live music. I'm sure certain neighborhoods had more of an amateur feel but the FiDi didn't feel that way at all.

    BTW that Anonymous is right, it's St. Paddy's. Every year my friend Patty makes a Facebook post about it.

    I went out on Saturday for it too, but chose my neighborhoods appropriately so it didn't feel at all juvenile. Just fun.
