Oh Look
Oh look, another article about dating in Silicon Valley. This stood out because it similar to what I've seen, "There are tons of guys, but they tend to be socially awkward, career-obsessed, and prone to a Peter Pan mentality." And where are the 30 something year old guys? Great question!
This is hilarious and so true: "Everywhere I go, it’s 23- and 24-year-olds. I’ll say, “You’re too young for me. It won’t work,” and they tell me, “I’ve dated older women, and it is so much better.” It’s pretty common. They’ll latch on to us, and they think, she’ll take care of me. They’re being taken care of at work, so why not be in a relationship where they’re taken care of too?"
I think this is the most important take away from that article.
ReplyDelete"They don’t realize that relationships aren't about perfection"
I've always said, perfection does not exist
