No Dinner

Smart Guy, who I haven't seen in two years has started emailing and texting a lot.  Today, he asked me out to dinner.  The funny part is that he's acting like I haven't been unresponsive for the past two years.  I will continue to be unresponsive.  I will not go to dinner with him and have no plans of seeing him ever again.

    Why don't you just block him since there's not even the tiniest possibility you'll go out with him? Having mutual friends/being in the same social circle is not an excuse to let him contact you.

      What if? Then you're in the same situation you are now with him contacting you and you ignoring. Best case is that he stops contacting you forever (you lose the ego boost, but you save time). Common sense thinking. - OG

    Block him already and stop blogging about it. Don't give him any more thought.
