Hmm, I might consider one of these fastest growing cities...
Never been to Charlotte, NC or Denver, CO, but hear they are absolutely beautiful. Heard Memphis, TN is super relaxed. Phoenix, AZ was much nice than I thought it'd be, but friends have told me I might melt when it's 120 degrees out.
in my experience, non-major cities (aka coastal ones and MAYBE Chicago) don't attract a ton of people from different places and it's harder to meet people, friends or romantic prospects. i'd avoid the south if I were you, I've lived in wilmington and atlanta, they are very southern.
ReplyDeleteThat's useful info, thank you! The ability to meet new people is pretty high on the list
DeleteI don't know about job prospects in Denver or how easy it is to meet people, but it's a great city from my brief experiences. Lots of healthy, outdoorsy people if that's your thing. They refer to Denver as Men-ver. Then again, San Jose = Man Jose and we both know what THOSE guys are like :)
ReplyDeleteHey Sabrina, did you see lots of super cute guys out there? I know Schwab is moving a bunch of their people there, that's all I know for jobs, lol
