Biochemistry
Science was never my thing, but I just heard about how biochemistry could be very important in terms of finding a match. Basically brain waves search for a good DNA match (so, someone with different enough genes) when you are within three feet of someone. When you meet an optimal match, that biochemical reaction is what people feel as a "spark."

Thanks for sharing! I will definitely review it
DeleteJ, what are your thoughts on biochemistry and dating?
DeleteWell, I feel that the theory holds water. It would go a long way in describing moments that I've had where I was with a girl, an attractive girl, and I just didn't feel it. I've also had the opposite, where I felt myself drawn to women who aren't my physical "type".
DeleteBut as with anything in our complex world, it's probably one part of a much larger equation. I still think our can brains trump any subconscious impulses we might have. Some people will just convince themselves that something will never work even though their body is screaming at them something different.
